Land Assessment

Geologists, hydrogeologists, radiological consultants, engineers, chemists, geotechnicians and hazardous materials consultants. These are just some of the experts that we have dedicated to the investigation, characterisation and management of contaminated land.

We help our clients understand the environmental conditions at their sites from the perspective of human health, risk to controlled waters, land sale or purchase, or land restoration. We utilise our local knowledge of environmental conditions with practical and innovative investigation techniques. We look at historical site use, environmental settings and the quality of materials that make up the site and the waters that are present below ground. We then make commercially viable recommendations to our clients based upon data collected and interpreted during site investigations.

Managing risk is where we apply our expertise most effectively.  And our excellent reputation precedes us. This is confirmed by the exceptional client feedback we receive.

We are experienced at looking at many different types of sites – chemical and pharmaceutical, rail roads, oil & gas facilities, mines and quarries, brownfield sites, retail, logistics, manufacturing, commercial developments and residential buildings.
