Our talent

We are a business that attracts and retains some amazingly talented people.  And we are never short of people volunteering to take responsibility for particular activities and new initiatives. We have a very strong senior management team, and here's a quick look at some of those individuals leading our business.

Stuart McLachlan - Global Managing Director Stuart has been running the business since its creation in 1995 and is on WSP Group's Executive Board. Stuart is based in London and responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the business.	Philip Stewart - Managing Director, Asia Pacific & Europe Philip has been with WSP for over 10 years working across our global business. Based in Melbourne, Philip is responsible for our business operation in Australia, China and Hong Kong, together with our European operations.
Bob Kloepfer - Global Director, Environmental Bob is an environmental professional with 30 years of experience. He has worked with internationally renowned organisations on EHS compliance, risk and sustainability. Based in New York, Bob has responsibility for our international environmental consulting business.	Brent Ridgard - Managing Director, Middle East, South Africa & India After 3 years with WSP in South Africa, Brent re-located to our Middle East head quarters in Dubai. From here Brent manages 6 offices spread across South Africa and the Middle East, as well as our growing operation in India.
Ole Paus - Managing Director, Scandinavia WSP made a significant acquisition of Sweden's market leader in 2001 and Ole joined WSP as part of this. Our operations have continued to flourish since and Ole, based in Stockholm, is responsible for our operations across Sweden and Finland.	Brad Blundell - Managing Director, UK Brad is based in Manchester and has been with WSP in the UK since 1998 and became Managing Director in 2001. Brad has been part of WSP's rapid expansion in the UK and is responsible for 15 offices up and down the UK.
Jan Chizzonite - Managing Director, US Jan joined WSP in the US as part of a 2006 merger and brings over 20 years of environmental consultancy experience across the US. Jan is responsible for 130 people in 16 offices spread from East to West coast.	Nick Pulford - Global Finance Director Nick joined WSP in 2006 and is based in the London head office. He enjoys a diverse global role, being responsible not only for our financial control and investments, but also for overseeing acquisitions and other growth opportunities.
Graham Munday - Head of Marketing & Communications Graham has over 15 years of marketing experience in the professional and financial service sectors. He is responsible for all marketing activity, internal communications, and broader client initiatives across our global business.
