Real estate management

We help create the best conditions for good indoor environments in healthy and energy efficient buildings. We use the latest computer simulation techniques to find the causes behind problems such as damp, and propose solutions.  We are very experienced in delivering environmental and technical inspections of buildings, especially in relation to real estate acquisitions, and we carry out energy inventories to calculate energy efficiencies and the opportunities for different energy flows in a building. Soil and Groundwater analysis

We have a very strong reputation in Sweden for advising on the risks and costs connected with contaminated land and groundwater. In particular we carry out field investigations and analysis of soil, water and sediment; we conduct risk appraisals and in-depth evaluations and cost calculations; we handle permit applications; we advise on groundwater protection, post treatment controls, health and safety and ballast.
