The Safety Professional: Getting heard, Gaining influence
Genevieve Hawkins, Principal Director of EHS Strategy, Management & Risk at WSP, is delighted to invite a select group of individuals to our 2011 Thought Leadership in Safety series.
The series will comprise of three sessions during 2011. Each session will discuss and debate the question of; 'what are managers really hearing when we argue for change in the approach to safety?' The series is designed to build one session upon the other throughout the year and offer professional development for attendees.
Session 1: Developing the right safety strategy.
Session 2: Now I have a framework, how will I argue my case?
Session 3: What are ASX Boards thinking about in safety and will my strategy be heard?
Each session will be facilitated by a thought leader, along with a representative expert from WSP. Sessions will be running as breakfast round tables in Melbourne and Sydney. We aim to bring together senior health and safety professionals to engage in discussion and debate with business leaders.
