Wherever you are based in the world we will work with you to identify and realise efficiencies in your operations. Efficiencies that drive environmental and sustainability improvements, and ultimately deliver cost benefit and competitive edge.
We recognise that your business will face a number of legislative demands and expectations from a wide range of stakeholders on issues covering your ecological footprint, your social and ethical responsibilities, your resource efficiency and your health and safety standards.
Across the world our regional teams are well equipped to help. Some of the programmes we assist our clients with include:
Through a consultative and desk-based research process we deliver accessible and visual reports for clients’ to help them understand the areas of their biggest environmental and social impacts. It really helps a leadership team make business critical decisions on what areas to prioritise. Our models, often web-based, are flexible and enable clients to understand the impacts of changes in their business or to production patterns.
A footprinting exercise will reveal the extent of impact that your supply chain has on achieving the sustainability goals you set as a business. We’ll benchmark performance, set performance targets and help you implement a plan by engaging and communicating with your buying teams and your suppliers to educate them and encourage them to meet the standards you require.
Working with clients from across many sectors we develop carbon management and reduction strategies. Again, a robust footprint exercise will identify the areas of greatest impact and help us to shape action plans to reduce and manage your emissions. Our programmes incorporate best practice and will ensure you are compliant with local and international legislation.
Ultimately, we will help you build capacity within your organisation. We provide your teams with the knowledge and practical skills to manage your resources efficiently. We will help you develop, implement, maintain and improve your management systems, to ensure they deliver real action at grass roots level. And we’ll make sure you are compliant with all relevant legislation.
We can advise you on a raft of energy, product, permitting and health and safety legislation. Take a look at the dedicated section in this website.

Skanska is one of the world’s leading construction groups and in the UK we have assisted them in achieving certification to the international Environmental Management System standard ISO 14001.
