Rating 'Green Buildings', Bucharest, 4 March

Following the recent publication of the BREEAM Europe 2009 standard scheme, WSP hosts a free thought leadership event with the Romania Green Building Council to outline and discuss with attendees the latest issues in sustainable development.

Our programme will cover:

• The criteria for defining a building as 'green' and how to determine if a building or site is suitable for sustainable green design
• How to approach a green building project and the role of green building certification schemes
• Choosing an appropriate scheme: BREEAM v LEED
• Common and unique elements to the schemes
• Interaction with Energy Performance Certificates
• Costs and practicalities
• Future developments in green building ratings

Our event will be at our office in Bucharest, with registration from 10am, closing with a networking lunch from 12.30pm.

Seminarul 'Cladiri  Verzi' eveniment organizat in data 4 Martie

In urma recentei publicari a schemei standard de catre BREEAM Europe 2009, WSP gazduieste acest eveniment alaturi de Consiliul Roman al Cladirilor Verzi, avand drept scop expunerea libera a opiniilor conducatorilor, pentru a discuta cu participantii cele mai recente probleme privind dezvoltarea durabila.

Programul nostru cuprinde:

• Criteriul de definire a cladirii ca fiind"verde" si modul prin care putem determina daca o cladire sau un teren este pregatit(adecvat) pentru proiectare verde durabila.
• Modul in care poate fi asociat un proiect al unei cladiri verzi cu rolul sistemelor verzi de certificare in constructii.
• Alegerea unui sistem adecvat: BREEAM v LEED
• Analiza elementelor comune si a celor unice ale schemelor.
• Interactiunea cu certificatele de performanta energetica.
• Costuri si aplicabilitate.
• Dezvoltarile viitoare in evaluarile cladirilor verzi.

Evenimentul nostru va avea loc la sediul din Bucuresti al companiei noastre, cu incepere de la ora 10:00  si se va incheia cu servirea mesei de pranz la ora 12:30.
