Confirmation of iPad competition winners | 9th May 2011

In March and April 2011 WSP ran competitions with our client base in both the UK and the US with the opportunity to win an iPad2.

Entrants simply confirmed their key contact details, noted areas of interest in environmental services and stated the issue they regarded as their organization's biggest environmental challenge.

In each of the UK and the US a winner was selected at random by an independent person.

In the US the winner was Greg Bohlmann of Genencor. Greg chose to ask for the cash equivalent to be paid to a charity supported by his organization. Greg is running a 10k race on June 26 with colleagues in support of the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford in the inaugural Packard Summer Scamper. WSP was delighted to make a payment of $599 to Greg's 'Support a Racer' page at http://www.summerscamper.org/ . This not-for-profit hospital treats children in the community who need specialized care.

In the UK, the iPad2 was won by Terry Smith of Invensys Rail.

Congratulations to both Greg and Terry.
