Low Carbon Transition Plan set to be demystified | 23rd Jul 2009

In mid July the UK Government published its low carbon transition plan and an industrial strategy outlining how UK business can capitalise on the market for low carbon goods and services.

WSP has reviewed these documents and hosts an evening seminar in London on Tuesday 4 August to provide a briefing on the Plan

It's a deeply ambitious transition plan. The scale of the ambition is welcomed - sourcing 30% of our electricity from renewables in 11 years and reducing emissions by 34% from 1990 levels in the next 10 years. It's an important document for all businesses and environmental practitioners to understand, and our event will assess the key points, the main opportunities for UK business and the missed opportunities.
