	Green building codes for Colombia Colombia's Green Building Codes represent the first comprehensive mandatory regulation of its kind in Latin America. Our green building specialists worked with the IFC to provide expert advice during the development of the codes. WSP has been a key partner in the award winning project team responsible for transforming part of the historic former St. Elizabeths Campus into the new U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington D.C.
